Garlicky Swiss Chard
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, smashed
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 large bunch Swiss chard, ribs removed and chopped fine, leaves roughly chopped
Kosher salt
Splash red or white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the oil and garlic in Dutch oven oven over medium-low heat, stirring occassionally, until garlic is light golden and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped Swiss chard ribs and saute until soft, about 4 minutes.
- Add the Swiss chard leaves and season with salt, to taste and pepper flakes.
- Cook until the leaves are wilted. Stir in a splash of wine vinegar. Serve immediately.
