Let's dive into the delightful process of creating a pizza that brings the taste of summer right to your table!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pizza Sourdough

  • 1 8-ounce can Tomato Sauce

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 2 ears of Corn, kernels removed

  • 4 oz Lunchbox Peppers, sliced

  • 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced

  • 4 oz Asiago Cheese, grated

  • ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

  2. Prepare the Pizza Dough: Roll out the pizza sourdough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper or a pizza peel if using a stone.

  3. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce with the minced garlic. Spread the sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.

  4. Add the Toppings:

    • Sprinkle the corn kernels evenly over the tomato sauce.

    • Distribute the sliced lunchbox peppers over the pizza.

    • Arrange the slices of fresh mozzarella cheese evenly across the pizza.

    • Sprinkle the grated Asiago cheese over the top.

  5. Add a Kick: Sprinkle the crushed red pepper flakes over the pizza for a little extra heat.

  6. Bake the Pizza: Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone if using). Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

  7. Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy your fresh farm pizza with a delicious combination of corn, peppers, and cheeses!

This pizza is perfect for showcasing the fresh flavors of BigDaddy's Farm produce. Enjoy!
