Frisée & Arugula Salad with Strawberries, Grapes & Goat Cheese

Ingredients

Frisee

Arugula

Fresh Strawberries, sliced

Grapes, halved

Candied Pecans

Crumbled Goat Cheese

Balsamic Vinaigrette:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine ingredients for vinaigrette and shake vigorously to emulsify.
  3. Dress the salad and top with crumbled goat cheese.
