Frisée & Arugula Salad with Strawberries, Grapes & Goat Cheese

Frisee
Arugula
Fresh Strawberries, sliced
Grapes, halved
Candied Pecans
Crumbled Goat Cheese
Balsamic Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine ingredients for vinaigrette and shake vigorously to emulsify.
- Dress the salad and top with crumbled goat cheese.
